Mister Car Wash opened a store at 1380 FM 528 Road in Webster, its 32nd location in the Houston market. The facility is one of 16 Express Exterior locations, where customers pull their car onto the conveyor, ride through the wash and then access one of the 11 free vacuum stalls. Last month, the company opened its Rankin store at 12552 Richbourg St. in north Houston.
Houston is the largest market for the Tuscon, Ariz.-based company, which operates 338 car washes in 21 states. The next largest is Atlanta with 21 stores. The company, which employs more than 700 in the local market, plans to add another eight area locations in the next year.
Mister Car Wash said it has been making brand updates to the interior/exterior of the stores, process improvements to add lanes and improve access to its facilities and updates to equipment and technology in the car wash tunnels.
Xfinity, a provider of cable television, internet, telephone and wireless services, leased 1,840 square feet at Bellaire Town Center, Bellaire Boulevard and South Rice Avenue in Bellaire. The tenant was represented by Reagan & Associates and Wulfe & Co.
Lefty’s Famous Cheese Steak Hoagies Grill leased 946 square feet at Northtown Plaza Shopping Center, 5402 North Freeway.. Eric Broussard and Joaquin Orozco of Resolut RE represented the tenant. Danny Morales of Brixmor represented the landlord.
Rush Cycling signed a 2,000-square-foot lease in the Shops at Woodforest, at 2300 Woodforest Parkway North, Montgomery. Jesse Hernandez represented the landlord, Hunington Properties.
Jeremiah’s Italian Ice leased 1,154 square feet in the Shops at Elyson, at 23015 FM 529 Road, Katy. Jesse Hernandez represented landlord Hunington Properties.
