LMP Automotive Holdings To Buy 70% Stake In Atlantic Automotive Group, Atlantic Central Storage
(RTTNews) – LMP Automotive Holdings, Inc. (LMPX), an online automobiles platform, Friday said agreed to buy 70% stake in New York’s Atlantic Automotive Group, and New York logistics and vehicle storage company, Atlantic Central Storage, in a deal valued at $608 million.

CFO Evan Bernstein said, “This acquisition is expected to add an estimated $1.6 billion in revenue, $38 million in net income, or $3.18 per share, on an annualized basis in 2021, combined with our currently contracted acquisitions which we expect to close beginning the end of next month and the following months.|
The company expects revenues post-closing to exceed $2.2 billion, generating about $55 million in net income
Central Dauphin School District halts transportation services while staff quarantines
The Central Dauphin School District will be unable to provide bus transportation to students through next week after learning that several transportation services team members need to quarantine.
Transportation services will be stopped from tomorrow through Oct. 16, the district said in a statement released Thursday afternoon.
“Several individuals who assist in the coordination of transportation services are required to quarantine and that has, in turn, affected the District’s ability to ensure the safe, effective and appropriate transportation of students for this brief period of time,” the district said.
The district did not comment on what prompted the need for quarantining.
This means that during the quarantine period, the district can’t provide transportation to its facilities or to the private, parochial or charter schools that the district serves.
The district has been in contact with the school community, as well as the schools to which it normally provides transportation services.
Search continues into a third day for three people sought in central Maine car chase
Authorities said Thursday they’re still searching for three Connecticut suspects after a multi-county high-speed chase this week.

In a brief update Thursday morning, Maine State Police said three people law enforcement has been searching for since Tuesday night were not located following searches in the Richmond and Litchfield areas.
Wanted by police are 32-year-old Christopher Terenc Farrow (Young) and 29-year-old Dayshawn Middleton (also known as Day Day or Christopher Jones). Farrow is described by authorities as a Black man, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair and eyes, while Middleton is described as a Black man, 6 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.

Police said they may have a woman with them; Hailey Goeltz, 26, is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall with green eyes.
