A Mesa woman is facing multiple charges after ramming her Ford Escape into a Ford Mustang at least 10 times as the vehicles traveled east on Interstate 10, even as an Arizona Department of Public Safety cruiser arrived on the scene.
DPS released footage on Thursday of the incident which occurred the night of Sept. 22 on the I-10 and Loop 202 freeways.
According to police records, Amy Sharie Pierce, 39, was intoxicated at the time of her arrest and said that she believed the car she was ramming was being driven by her ex-husband, and she was attempting to prevent him from getting away.
