FRANKLIN, MA — Happy Monday, happy Indigenous People’s Day, and happy Columbus Day — and welcome to what is setting up to be a crisp, sometimes wet week.
It was a jarring early start to the week for Franklin police and members of the regional Metro-LEC SWAT team. Franklin Chief Thomas Lynch praised the “incredible restraint” shown during the incident.
